Locations List - Black Foxxes music video

The main location ideas I have for my music video are in forest type places and in abandoned or not very well maintained industrial areas. Another idea I was also thinking of  was maybe placing the band into a large(ish) room that will fit all their equipment such as instruments and amps to play in. Then I could have more control over the amount of light that I wanted to use for the performance scenes with the band. I will be trying to scope out different places that I think will be suitable for the style of music that the band plays. I have been to various different wooded locations near me and I believe that they will be suitable for my narrative parts. The woods in the autumn does have a quite dark feel to it as most of the leaves are dying and falling from the trees, this also can add to the heavy/grunge vibe of the video.

By using the forest for a location for my video I can use it for my narrative and performance scenes if needed. However, the downsides of using the forest for shooting the music video are that there will be no power points available for anyone to use. This means that if I decide to take the performance scenes to the woods, the amplifiers will not be plugged in. Instruments will have to be played acoustically. Also, depending on the time of day that we shoot the video, there may be people passing through such as cyclists which could restrict us from filming at certain points, decreasing our time for recording. Also, if we record in the afternoon/evening the lighting will decrease in the forest which will mean it will become more hazardous than usual. To overcome some of the issues I might face while recording the music video, I will ensure that I schedule to record when it is lighter and that we cancel the recording if needed.

Here are some ideas I had for the location of the music video:
